I hadn’t thought of water-saving fixtures; that’s a really good idea– especially if you’re trying to sell. It seems like it makes the homeowner look more conscientious and careful. Even if the people looking to buy the house don’t care about saving water, it shows that you’ve taken pretty good care of the place, reflecting well on the rest of your house.
